Our team uses high-quality rug runners, hardboards, and drop sheets to safeguard your home from any potential damage from the appliance and/or tools. Whether you have new hardwood, freshly painted cabinets or expensive granite counters; we assure our customers, protecting your home is our priority.

+ To help ensure a smooth and efficient installation, we kindly ask that the space be prepared in advance. Please remove any personal items, furniture, or obstacles from the surrounding area so our technicians have a safe, unobstructed workspace. Entrances, stairways, hallways, and driveways should also be kept clear to allow for safe transport of your appliance into the home. By preparing the area ahead of time, you’ll help our team complete the installation quickly, safely, and with the highest level of care.

FREE INSPECTION

COMPLIMENTARY APPLIANCE SITE CHECK

+ Before we install your new appliance, we provide a Complimentary Pre-Installation Inspection to ensure everything is in perfect condition. Our skilled technicians carefully examine all relevant utilities — gas, electrical, plumbing, and ventilation — checking for leaks, blockages, or any potential issues that could affect performance or safety.

We also require clear access to essential areas such as the breaker panel, water main shut-off, gas main shut-off, and any emergency shut-off points. In some cases, access to crawl spaces, attics, utility rooms, or boiler and furnace areas may also be necessary to complete the installation safely and to code.

Cabinet size, venting, and gas/electrical supply are checked to ensure proper fit and compliance.

Our team reviews a detailed installation checklist to prepare your space and appliance.

We evaluate the setup and identify any parts or adjustments needed to meet safety and code standards.
