PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
+ To ensure a smooth installation, please prepare the laundry area by clearing space around the unit and making sure all utilities are accessible. Remove any laundry or items from your existing washer and dryer, and clear shelves or under-sink areas nearby to allow access to connections.
+ Confirm that water shut-off valves and the drain line or standpipe are accessible and unobstructed, and make sure your electrical outlet or breaker panel can be reached and is functioning properly. If your setup includes a vented dryer, ensure the vent duct path or exterior vent opening is also clear and accessible.
We confirm wall and floor clearances, ensure the stacked unit fits properly without obstruction, and verify that doors and drawers can open fully.
Our team reviews a detailed installation checklist to prepare your space and appliance.
We verify water supply, drain line, power outlet, and vent path (if vented dryer) to ensure compatibility before installation begins.
INSTALLATION
+ Our premium stacked laundry installation includes red-carpet delivery with careful unpacking, complete removal and disposal of your old washer and dryer, and precise placement and leveling of the new stacked laundry center.
+ We connect the water supply, drain line, electrical, and venting (if applicable) safely and to code, then secure the unit for proper stability and alignment. Once installed, we run full washer and dryer cycle tests to ensure everything is operating correctly. Throughout the process, we protect your floors and finish with a thorough cleanup, including the disposal of all packaging materials.
REQUIREMENTS
+ Stacked laundry installations require proper access to water, drain, electrical, andโwhen applicableโventing connections, along with adequate floor or pedestal support and enough clearance for safe door operation. This includes accessible shut-off valves with correct fittings for the washer, a standpipe or drain line that meets code for secure hose placement, and sufficient space to allow loading, unloading, and stable stacking.
+ Electrical requirements must also be met with a dedicated outlet or breaker verified for safe operation. For vented dryers, the duct path must be clear and compliant with local code, while ventless models must have compatible plumbing and installation conditions. Any parts, modifications, or additional materials needed to complete the installation will always be reviewed and confirmed with you before work begins.
HELPFUL TIPS
+ Run Water Supply & Drain Test โ Before washing, run a quick water supply and drain test to check for leaks or drainage issues.
+ Clean Lint Trap & Vent Regularly โ Clean lint trap and inspect vent duct annually to ensure safe airflow. For ventless units: run maintenance cycles as recommended.
+ Keep the Area Clear โ Avoid storing flammable items near the dryer or vent system.
